Pick-up Instructions at Schiphol Airport
The pick-up location at Schiphol Airport is always at “Departure Hall 2, Exit F”.
Turn on your phone as soon as the plane arrives at the destination airport.
Since you have provided your flight number, our drivers will be able to track your flight. 15 minutes after the plane lands, our driver will contact you. Therefore, it’s important that your phone is switched on.
After collecting your luggage, you should contact the driver. He will be waiting for you at “Departure Hall 2, Exit F”, which is located on the first floor.

If our drivers are unable to reach you within 40 minutes after the plane has landed, the driver will leave the airport. Make sure your phone is on and charged after landing.
